Alrightyyyy, friend! You just received your gallery and you’re ready to download your photos and order some prints!

You’re in the right place! I am gonna walk you step-by-step through this process, so that you can do this with ease. And if you’d rather WATCH the process, I have also linked a video tutorial at the bottom of this page!

Time to DOWNLOAD

Okay, so open up your email, and find that excited email from Yumiko Tan Photography that says your photos are ready!

This will take you to your gallery where you’ll see all your photos. You can view them all by just scrolling the page, or click on one to see each photo individually! Create a favorites list by using the heart shaped icon next to each image, and download them using the download icon (the little arrow pointing down)

When downloading your photos, it will ask you to input the 4 digit download pin, located at the bottom of the email I sent you. I require this pin for downloading your images so that no one can access your photos without you or me first giving permission to.

I recommend downloading all your photos first to a desktop computer and keeping them all stored on a flash drive or hard drive of some sort. This way, your photos are all safe and stored in one place, just in case you lose access to your gallery.

Movin on to the fun stuff!

Ordering Prints!

Alright….let’s talk about ordering some fabulous prints from your gallery! Your images are exported and uploaded to your gallery at the smallest file size possible WITHOUT decreasing the quality of your image!

Any quality print lab will be able to read and process your photos with ease!

But you don’t have to worry about finding the right print lab because your gallery is already connected to White House Custom Color, an amazing print lab whom I trust with my own prints.

Seriously…I just gifted my friend some photos that I took of her and her boyfriend. My boyfriend just gifted his mom a 16×20 canvas print of a photo I took of their two Border Collies, and SHE just gifted her other son photos of him and his girlfriend! All the photos were printed through WHCC, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of the photos and the way the colors and tones came through.

I’ll walk you through the process below OR you can click here to watch a video tutorial I made for you.

Similar to the way you selected your favorite images with the heart icon and downloaded your photos with the download icon, you can shop prints straight from your gallery! See that little shopping cart icon….yep, the one that pops up when you hover over each image. Click on that button to purchase prints of any image!

You’ll see a pop up window appear that allows you to select what kind of print you’d like and what size. Once you select the quantity of the prints you want, you can either click “keep shopping” or “view cart”.

When you shop til your heart’s content and you’re ready to check out, go ahead and click on that “view cart” button, and it’ll navigate you to your shopping cart where you can go to the checkout page.

It’ll prompt you to enter your billing and shipping info to complete the process! You’ll be able to pay using a Paypal account or a Debit/Credit card.

And Voila! You just ordered prints from your gallery! Congrats on leveling up to quality prints and moving on from the Walgreens/Walmart days!

Keep in mind that you are not required to order prints through me, but I cannot guarantee the quality of any third party print labs. Third party print labs like Walgreens, Walmart, etc. do not uphold the quality of your photos and can distort the colors and tones of your images.

When ordering things in bulk like Christmas Cards and Grad announcements, sites like Shutterfly can get the job done. But when ordering wall hangings like canvases and prints you want to display in your home, I highly recommend that you order quality prints.
